I'm delighted to announce that Mark and I will be the folklorists-in-residence at Inside Story Travel's incredible Feast & Fable retreat in May 2027.

Based at Fowlescombe on Dartmoor, the retreat offers an unparalleled connection to the land and its stories, allowing guests to truly immerse themselves in their surroundings. 

The retreat also features Dartmoor walking tour guide Dartmoor's Daughter, storyteller Katy Cawkwell, and executive chef Elly Wentworth (who you may have seen on Masterchef and The Great British Menu). Together we will be working to bring you an unforgettable experience in the heart of beautiful Dartmoor.
